I am committed to helping people better their situation, gain confidence and understanding, and achieve personal fulfilment and life satisfaction through work. My strengths lay in motivating and empowering others; helping them solve problems, explore possibilities, see opportunities, and make informed decisions; challenging erroneous beliefs and negative thinking; removing and overcoming barriers, and formulating pathway plans leading to goal attainment. My background and training include rehabilitation, psychology, health and careers practice which allows me to provide support across multiple domains. Within the vocational rehabilitation field, I have completed ACC occupational assessments, MSD workability assessments, case formulations, vocational pathway plans and facilitation of work exposure and training opportunities.

As a vocational specialist, I have assisted young adults, long-term unemployed, mature job seekers, solo parents and those with physical and mental health conditions; clients with injuries requiring ACC initial and vocational independence occupational assessments and return to work support; people experiencing job loss, transitioning between jobs or seeking career planning and development support; and those who have just lost their way, don’t know where to start or are struggling to cope and feeling overwhelmed and stressed about their work situation.
