Currently I am working in a range of areas - as a Career Coach, Practitioner, Supervisor, Mentor, and Lecturer as well as holding a Programme Leader role in Otago Polytechnic’s CAPABLENZ team. I work as a facilitator, academic mentor and/or assessor for people who have skills and knowledge from experiences in two areas mainly - management and social services (career practice), and are wanting to be recognised for the years they have had working and developing as managers, leaders, and career practitioners. I enjoy working in a range of different areas of work as I believe it helps me understand and support others, aside from the fact that my personality enjoys diversity in my work. While I am based in Dunedin my work takes me all over NZ and overseas which I also love. On a personal professional development level I am currently working towards my Doctorate in Professional Practice (Adult Learning) through Middlesex University in the UK.
