CDANZ Annual General Meeting is a time for celebrating the achievements of the year and planning the year ahead.
The AGM takes place on the afternoon of day 1 of the CDANZ National Conference, Thursday 5 September. Those attending the Conference and/or AGM are all welcome at the CDANZ Networking Drinks following the AGM.
This year CDANZ project updates will not be delivered within the AGM, but prior to the AGM as part of the CDANZ National Conference. Any CDANZ Members who are not registered to attend the conference, but who would like to attend the project updates, are welcome to do.

- Welcome and CDANZ Waiata
- Approval of Previous Minutes
- Tabling of Annual Report and Finances
- Reading of remits (none received)
- Reading of ratifications (see Voting Pack for rationale,ratifications and voting papers):
- Continuing Professional Development
- Unstructured and Structured Hours
- Voting on ratifications
- Changes in National Executive Members
- Celebrations and/or Honours
5.15pm Networking Drinks at The Shilling Club
7.00pm Manaakitanga, CDANZ Networking Dinner (this is an optional activity requiring a separate regstration.
Remits, Ratifications, Nominations, and Voting
Only current Professional, Fellow, and Life members are eligible to vote at the AGM.
The Voting papers and instructions are available here (and were emailed on 8th August).
Proxy voting forms must be received by email to email@example.com by 31 August 2019.
Remits and Nominations for the AGM. - The date for executive nominations have been extended to 31 August 2019 but the Call for Remits is closed.

1 August 2019: Remits and Nominations must have been received by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
8 August 2019: Voting papers and instructions emailed to Professional, Fellow, and Life members.
31 August 2019: Proxy voting forms must be received by email to email@example.com
5 September 2019: AGM being held at University of Canterbury, Christchurch
