Career Development Association of New Zealand

Mentoring Programme

Apply now to be a mentee and benefit from working in a partnership with a like-minded professional. Mentor programmes are a great opportunity to:

  • Increase your industry alliances
  • Increase your level of professionalism
  • Cross collaborate and knowledge transfer
  • Increase your motivation and industry success
  • Improve your confidence and overall interest

All CDANZ members are eligible to apply to be mentees and it is free to join. Mentees will need to provide details on their sector, job title, and what they want to gain from the program. Applications close 5 March 2021.

CDANZ National Office will then do a call out to eligible members in March to find suitable mentors. We will liaise with applicants to confirm matches and will check in regularly during the 6 months program, which will run from April - September. Free resources will be provided.

There is an option to have a mentoring partnership with a member from the Career Development Association of Australia (CDAA) if an appropriate person is available.

Please note: It is the responsibility of the mentee to actively seek support and guidance from the experienced practitioner and has ultimate responsibility for their professional development.
