CDANZ Annual General Meeting is a time for celebrating the achievements of the year and planning the year ahead. All welcome.
The programme includes:
- Welcome and CDANZ Waiata
- Approval of Previous Minutes
- Project updates
- Tabling of Annual Report and Finances
- Reading of remits / tabling of items for ratification
- Voting on remits / ratifications
- Changes in National Executive Members
- Celebrations and/or Honours
There is no charge for CDANZ members to attend the AGM but registration is required.
CDANZ National Symposium 2018: Social Justice follows the AGM on the afternoon of Tuesday 23 October and all day on Wednesday 24 October. This does require a paid registration.
CDANZ Symposium Dinner will be held on the evening of Tuesday 23 October. This also requires a paid registration.
Remits, Nominations, and Voting
Only current Professional, Fellow, and Life members are eligible to vote at the AGM.
Information and instructions on the voting process follow, including forms for submitting Remits and Nominations for the AGM.
Key dates are as follows, for ease of reference:
18 September 2018: Remits and Nominations must have been received by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
25 September 2018: Voting papers and instructions emailed to Professional, Fellow, and Life members.
18 October 2018: Proxy voting forms must be received by email to email@example.com
23 October 2018: AGM being held at Victoria University, Wellington, Te Whare Wānanga o te Ūpoko o te Ika a Māui, from 8.30 am (followed by the National Symposium, 23-24 October).
