Denise Hartley-Wilkins, National President of HRNZ, will talk to you about the work of HRNZ, their strategic focus that aligns with the changing world of work and what HRNZ is doing around shaping the future of the HR profession.
About the Speaker:
Denise Hartley-Wilkins is a people and organisation development consultant, executive coach and trainer with over 25 years’ experience gained in a diverse range of organisations in New Zealand, the UK and Canada.
Denise subscribes to the belief that 'you don't have great organisations, you have great workplaces'. She is passionate about developing people, leaders and organisations to help them create environments where people shine, want to give their best and say “I love my work”.
She is the National President and a Chartered Fellow of the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand. Denise is also a Chartered Professional Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the UK . She is the founder of Shine People Consulting, a Nelson based consultancy, and works across New Zealand.
Outside of work, her interests including hiking with her husband, peeking around the corners of the world, music (the more eclectic the better J), and pandering to the demands of three feline furballs.
