Jamie leads the University of Auckland's Mental Toughness short course at the Business School. This course is in the top five of all short courses.
He also leads courses on Resilient Leadership"and Mental Toughness for Leaders for the Australian Institute of Management.
He has worked in the area of business and personal development for more than 20 years and has a passion for the "people" side of business.
Jamie has worked as a training, safety, and human resource manager across a broad range of industries.
Through his interest in EQ, he has trained in the United States with Q>Metrics, recognised leaders in the application of emotional intelligence to business performance.
With a strong interest in the work of Dr Martin Seligman, Jamie is a charter associate member of the International Positive Psychology Association and a founding member of the New Zealand Association of Positive Psychology.
